Be sure to show your membership card each time you visit the cinema. This allows us to apply your member discounts and ensure you recieve your loyalty stamps.
You can use your free membership tickets at the cinema box office or by pre-booking via telephone.
Unfortunatly it's not yet possible to use your free ticket allocation online at the moment. We are working on a technical solution to allow this in the future. In the meantime you can use your tickets at the box office or pre-book them over the phone - leave a voicemail if we're not able to answer your call and we'll call you back asap.
When booking online be sure to either sign in or enter your membership number before selecting your tickets. Then select the appropriate ticket listed as "Members Only".
Remember only the registered member's ticket is discounted. eg. If you are booking for a group of 3 adults, you would select 1 Member Adult & 2 Standard Adult tickets.
Joint members recieve 2 discounted tickets per performance.
If you're purchasing your ticket at the box office show your membership card and we'll handle the rest.

Your membership will allow priority booking to extra special events. When this happens you'll see a notice on the booking page asking for your membership card number. Insert your card number and you will be able to proceed with your booking as normal.
Each time you visit you'll collect a digital stamp. We use these to offer on-going perks throughout your membership. These offers are extra surprises from time to time and are unique to you.
Absolutely. When you renew your membership the renewal will start from the end of your existing membership. You will not need a new membership card.
To renew your membership please ask a member of staff.
If you have lost or damaged your membership card please tell us as soon as possible. We can replace your card at the box office. There is a £1 fee to cover the cost.
Yes, we need to scan your card. We will not offer membership perks without it unless you can provide photo ID.
