1. You must know the recipient’s full details.
Before continuing, please ensure you have the recipient’s First Name, Surname and Email Address.
If you do not have all of this information, please do not proceed and contact us for asssistance.
2. Delivered by Email.
Gift Memberships are delivered by email to the recipient. They cannot be printed and sent by the sender. If you wish to send something physical to the recipient please instead purchase the Membership in person at the box office.
3. Use the recipient’s email address — not your own.
When asked to enter the Recipient Email Address, you must enter the email address of the person receiving the gift. Memberships are registered to the recipient's email address entered and cannot be changed. You will enter your own later at the checkout for your payment reciept.
4. Memberships begin immediately.
Gift memberships start from the moment payment is completed. The start date cannot be postponed, even if you delay the email delivery.
If you need the membership to start later, please purchase it in person at the box office.
