The information we collect is solely used to send you our newsletter/programme information via email.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

No. We do not sell, trade, transfer or otherwise disclose any personally identifiable information to anyone outside our organisation.

Marketing

When you subscribed to our mailing list you gave explicit consent for us to send marketing material. This consent was obtained by a double opt-in method. You may un-subscribe from our marketing materials at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails. Alternatively you may make your request in writing.

Data retention

When you unsubscribe from our mailing list we will retain your data for 12 months before it is removed from our systems.

Your right to be ‘forgotten’

Should you wish to exercise ‘your right to be forgotten’ you should contact the manager in writing. All personal information we hold for you will be destroyed within 14 working days.

How is your data stored?

Your data is stored in a password protected database. Physical printed copies are not kept. Access to digital copies of your data is strictly restricted to a limited number of people within our staff who require access.
